Windows 7 shouldn't having this issue at all since its come with Khmer Unicode pre installed. In term of not respond, when you're typing, nothing appear at all? or you see boxes? or the application you are using froze?. i'll need more information regarding the issue. I also tried to use the trial version of Office365 to see if it helps. Since the change to Windows 7 I have not been able to type Khmer. I write in Khmer a lot doing newsletters. When I used Windows XP everything worked well.
